We booked a superior queen room with a balcony, and the wake-up service was available in it. the location was wonderful and peaceful, next to the cliff of the lake, many beaches, a raft, and several cafes. - the employees were competent and offered good services.

The location is excellent, just at the lake and in front of marina; the lakeside room offers stunning views. The room itself had a very nice and warm decor, was very neat and clean. We enjoyed the whole stay!

A very simple and straight forward hotel. Decorated with taste. It is in a perfect location in a lovely little village right on the edge of the lake. Very peaceful and condusive to relaxing. The restaurants and terrace were lovely and the food very good. Some interesting additions to the menu as well as the usual local fare.
I felt the room descriptions both on the hotels and booking's website were not very clear. We ended up booking and paying for a Junior Suite as a treat and we thought it would be the most likely to have a balcony. As it happened it didn't and it didn't have the separate living area as described so we changed to a smaller cheaper room with a balcony. We were told that we would still need to pay the junior suite price even though they got a replacement in our room almost immediately.

The hotel was in a wonderful location right on the lake, it was well presented and the staff were always helpful.
There is no parking, which we knew about, but it was difficult to work out where we could park to unpack the car. We had requested 2 single beds, got a queen sized bed and were unable to change.
